Wasim Akram finds love again, to marry Shaniera Thompson

Legendary Pakistani fast bowler Wasim Akram, 47, will tie the knot with Melbourne-based Shaniera Thompson shortly. Wasim met with Shaniera in Melbourne in 2011 for the first time. He said he was happy he had found love. Akram’s first wife, Huma, died in 2009 and he has been linked with several women including Sushmita Sen in the past few years. But Wasim had refuted all suggestions and added he wanted to devote himself to his children and was not planning to marry for the time being.
