Ishant Sharma is ready for the Aussies

by Dec 12, 2011

While the Australia tour is going to be tough and challenging for any player, Ishant Sharma says he is ready for it.

“I feel good, I’m bowling with a good rhythm and I feel positive,” Ishant told Cricketnext.com

The fast bowler is ready to take on the Aussie batsmen.

He is confident with the experience he has now gained unlike the last time he went to Autralia when he was a newbie and had not experienced Australian pitches before. Sharma also said that the side is confident and that’s a positive about the team.

Earlier, addressing the media before leaving for the Australia tour, skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni and coach Duncan Fletcher both warned against complacency creeping into the team about facing a weak Australian side.

India and Australia will play four Tests, a tri-nation ODI series involving Sri Lanka and a couple of Twenty20 matches.
