19:09(IST) After 15 overs,Kolkata 112/2 ( Gautam Gambhir (C) 63 , Manish Pandey 5)
Fifty for Gambhir off the first ball of the 13th over, and Gambhir continues his fantastic run of form at the start of the ninth edition of the IPL. OUT! Reddy finally gets the much-awaited breakthrough for SRH, although the home side may feel they are a little too late in the match now. Uthappa departs for a 34-ball 38, bringing an end to the solid 92-run opening stand, and out walks the dangerous and hard-hitting Andre Russell!

Uthappa departs for 38 off 34 balls, a good supporting innings to Gambhir's half-century, as KKR lose their first wicket with 92 on board. Plenty of batting to come for Kolkata however.
18:51(IST) KKR 91/0 in 12 overs; Uthappa 38(32), Gambhir 49(40)
Meanwhile, Ben Cutting is on the field for Eoin Morgan, whose half-century earlier in the match was instrumental in guiding Sunrisers to a respectable total of 142. FOUR! Slightly short of length bowled outside the leg-stump, and Gambhir sends this one down towards fine-leg for his fourth boundary!

FOUR! Cut away by Gambhir off Karn towards the backward point boundary, where fielder Bhuvneshwar isn't agile enough to stop the ball. FOUR MORE! The skipper comes down the track and smashes the ball over extra-cover, before getting his third consecutive four by smashing it towards cow-corner. CAUGHT! We may have just witnessed the catch of the tournament! 17:10(IST) SRH 94/4 in 15 overs; Eoin Morgan 33(32), Ojha 25(20)
Consecutive boundaries! Morgan has decided to get into the attacking mode right now, and lofts Narine towards extra-cover off consecutive deliveries in the 13th over!
FOUR! Piyush Chawla comes in to bowl the next over, and Ojha sweeps the delivery pitched outside leg towards the boundary! Narine saves a couple of runs in the third delivery of the over after Ojha glances the delivery down his leg. FOUR! Morgan reverse-sweeps towards third-man to end what turns out to be an expensive over for KKR!
SIX! Ojha brings up the first 'Yes Bank Maximum' (forgive us) with a well-timed sweep off Narine towards backward square-leg.
16:59(IST) SRH 63/4 in 12 overs; Eoin Morgan 17(24), Ojha 10(10)
Andre Russell back into the attack for now. And he does the job for his skipper as Hooda holes out at catch to Umesh Yadav at long-on to depart for an 11-ball 6. SRH lose their fourth wicket with 50 on board.
FOUR! Ojha takes some pressure off Hyderabad by guiding the full delivery outside off towards backward point! Opens the face of the bat and just uses the pace of the ball. Eight runs come off the 12th over.
16:52(IST) SRH 50/4 in 9.4 overs; Eoin Morgan 14(20)

FOUR! Henriques gets his first boundary of the day after getting an edge off Umesh's bowling through the vacant slip region. Fresh trouble for SRH as they lose their third wicket with 36 on board, with Henriques departing for six off nine balls. Deepak Hooda is the next batsman now.
Meanwhile, Sunil Narine comes in to bowl for the first time since West Indies' tour of Sri Lanka. His action does seem a bit different now. Narine concedes five off the over as SRH reach 48/3 in 9 overs. And its time for the strategic timeout.
16:38(IST) SRH 36/3 in 6 overs; Morgan 7(9)
OUT! Umesh strikes again as SRH are starting to lose wickets in tandem right now. Half-volley moves into the batsman, and hits Henriques on the back pad. Umpire raises his finger after a brief pause, and the home side are in a bit of a trouble at the moment.
Moises Henriques lbw Umesh Yadav 6(9) 16:29(IST) SRH 26/2 in 4 overs; Morgan 3(4), Henriques 0(2)

FOUR! Morkel comes in to bowl his second over, and Dhawan just punches the ball down the ground with elegance.
Meanwhile, Moises Henriques and Eoin Morgan are the new batsmen at the crease following the quick dismissals of the SRH openers.

Warner and Dhawan walk out to bat for the Sunrisers, with Morne Morkel bowling the first over. Two off the very first ball! OUT! Morkel strikes early as Warner top-edges a rising delivery to get caught by Piyush Chawla at midwicket.
The umpire however, is interested in checking the no-ball, and his suspicion turns out to be right as Morne has overstepped by quite a bit! Meanwhile, Warner scores the first boundary of the day when he reaches out outside off and pushes the half-volley through extra-cover!

Hello and welcome to the coverage of Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Kolkata Knight Riders at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Uppal, Hyderabad. Match starts at 4 PM IST. Follow this space for live scores and updates.
Preview: Seeking to shrug off the defeat in their IPL campaign opener against Royal Challengers Bangalore, Sunrisers Hyderabad would look to put their best foot forward in Saturday's match against Kolkata Knight Riders, coach Tom Moody said on Friday.

"Even though, we lost the first game, we are going to this with lots of confidence. (There are) lots of things we can take away from that game in Bangalore. It gave us lot of confidence with the bat and ball," Moody said at the pre-match press conference at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, in Hyderabad.
The Sunrisers lost by 45 runs to RCB in Bengaluru earlier this week.
Noting that KKR are a strong side, Moody said the Sunrisers would like to come up with a competitive performance on Saturday.
"KKR are a strong team. They have shown it over time.
So, it is going to be a tough contest. I think every side in the competition is pretty well balanced. There is no so called easy game. We certainly have to play our best cricket to score winning points tomorrow," he said. Though Sunrisers' seasoned bowler Ashish Nehra is injured, the team has back up replacement options in Barinder Sran and Abhimanyu Mithun, he said.
"Obviously, with Ashish Nehra injured, a bowler of that quality, it is going to have an impact on any side. We are conscious to make sure we have strong support behind our bowling. With Sran and Mithun we got capable and talented backup pace bowlers. So we are confident we have potential replacement," Moody said.
The team does posses "depth and quality" in batting, though the experienced Yuvraj Singh is injured for now, said the Australian.
Observing that the Sunrisers batting mainstay Shikhar Dhawan was a hard working player, Moody said it's only a matter of time before he comes up with an impressive performance.
