Kolkata: Voicing his desire to maintain a personal relationship with Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee, NCP leader Sharad Pawar Wednesday said her party had a right to take its path.
“I am fully aware of her views. Trinamool has every right to work on its own strategy,” he told the media here.
“I would like to maintain the personal relationship with Mamata,” Pawar added.
The Trinamool withdrew support from the UPA last week in protest against the central government’s economic measures.
