by Jan 30, 2012

Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today almost missed out on his vote as he struggled to figure out how the electronic voting machine worked until help came his way.

At first, Badal seemed confused about what to do with the machine and was almost turning back before someone told him to press the button.

The chief minister tried again but he failed to locate his party symbol in the EVM. Finally, a media personnel pointed out the Akali Dal symbol to Badal and he cast his vote.

The chief minister might be confused, but he's hoping to retain his chair one last time.
