Live: No jail for Kejriwal, charges may be framed on 23 February

Aam Aadmi Party leaders Arvind Kejriwal, Manish Sisodiya and Prashant Bhushan are expected to appear before a magistrate’s court today in connection with defying prohibitory orders while holding protests rallies against the government outside the residences of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress party chief Sonia Gandhi.

Kejriwal has already declared that he will not seek bail in the case. Does this mean he’ll be spending a night in jail?
