On the occasion of the World Population Day today (July 11), PETA in Chennai organised an innovative campaign calling for the population control of dogs through sterilisation. Styled on the safe-sex condom campaigns, two activists dressed in colourful condom-attire carried placards and pamphlets that said it all: dogs cannot use condoms, hence sterilise them.
