The sleepy northern Indian town of Bhiwani is considered a mini Cuba, with dozens of boxers fighting it out hard in top national and international competitions. Vijender Singh, a bronze medalist at the 2008 Beijing Olympics is the most famous name from here, having inspired a whole generation to take to the sport. India has sent its biggest ever boxing squad for the London Olympics, which consists of seven men and one woman. Images of other boxers who are training hard in this small town.
