First MGR, then Karuna, now Stalin sports ‘cooling glass’

Dark "cooling" glasses are a trademark accessory of Dravidian leaders starting with the former chief minister MG Ramachandran (MGR). The DMK President Karunanidhi also sported dark glasses since 1960s, apparently on medical advice. The trend seems to have caught on with the new generation of Dravidian leadership as well. The latest to sport the accessory is MK Stalin. At his recent public functions in Chennai, including the reception to Pranab Mukherjee, a dapper Stalin was seen with a pair of stylish dark goggles. He didn't remove them even during his informal chat with colleagues such as Raja and Dayanidhi Maran. It is not clear if it is an indication of his graduation into full scale leadership of DMK or it is just some eye ailment that necessitated him to wear them. Here are a few shots of Stalin with his cool accessory.
