What would Harry Potter be like ten years after his famous vanquishing of Voldermort? Head auror, text book hero and proud father? Not according to a new parody web series that’s scheduled to come out on 20 July.
Try disgruntled, forgotten and utterly dorky instead. The trailer to the seven-part web series which released on Thursday, portrays a hopelessly disgruntled Harry Potter who longs for the days of his exciting youth. Not only have people forgotten who he is, they have also forgotten the name of the dark lord. And the people around him, are quite frankly, batty.
Is this Harry Potter ten years later?
Joined by a ridiculously overweight Ron Weasley and some more of his unrecognizable friends from Hogwarts, can Harry Potter have one more adventure? With 7 episodes scheduled for the web series, one would certainly hope so!
