• A stack of pancakes stick together as the maple syrup on top drips from the ends in the stunning backdrop of blueberries and strawberries blissfully suspended — all in the air. Breakfast Interrupted is a poetic, slow motion video of a sunlit breakfast spread a feet above the dining table. Watch how it’s done.

• Imagery from the Rennaisance works played by contemporary actors covers the Soviet era walls of Poland’s Zabkowska Street. In these street works by Yola displayed in the open gallery, Venus of Urbino shares the walls with the fast globalising Polish local.

• There’s no reason why you should toss old printer cartridges into the bin, when it can become a colourful boho painting series to go above your sofa. Take inspiration from  artist Niall McClelland.

• For those who still swear by paper, there’s plenty on the Internet to replicate your screen on A4 paper. With the help of Rocketmod, you can create an 8-page, pocket-sized journal, scrap book, Tic Tac Toe , Sudoku, Maze Maker, Monthly planner, Music tab sheets, and quite a lot more.

• London-based artist Robert Montgomery takes his poetry to the streets, creating serendipitous encounters in the most unlikey places. He takes the anarchaic route, pasting up words from his journal onto billboards, bus stops or on his own  illuminated signs.
