A group of policemen have been caught on camera accepting money from Samajwadi Party MLA Vijay Mishra in Allahabad. The incident took place at Naini Jail when Mishra was being released on bail.
The visuals show not just Mishra, but his daughter also offering what they called ‘tips’ to the policemen.
The SP MLA from Gyanpur was in jail for attacking a former BSP Minister in 2010.

After the video was released, Jail Superintendent Amreesh Gaur called it a shameful incident and said a probe would be ordered.
Recently, SP leader Shivpal Yadav was caught on camera telling bureaucrats that it was acceptable to take bribes as long as they did work properly.
