Gandhi will start his day-long visit from a relief camp in Kembolpur MV School, Gosaigaon, in Kokrajhar district. He will then visit a camp in Gambari Bil High School in the same village, said the sources.

He will also go to relief camps in Madrassa School Lakhiganj, Bilasipara, in Dhubri district and Basugaon Higher Secondary School in Chirang district later in the day.

Around 100 people were killed and four lakh were displaced in the northeastern state after ethnic riots between tribal Bodos and Bengali-speaking Muslims broke out in July.
