Images: Delhi up in arms over gangrape, demands action

The gangrape of a 23-year-old paramedical student in Delhi on Sunday night has sparked massive outrage in India. People from all walks of life, especially college girls and human rights activists, gathered in different parts of the country to protest that act and seeking action from the police and government. Members of Parliament also expressed anger over the issue even as the victim battles for her life at Safdarganj hospital. Here are some scenes of protests from the national capital.
