Geetika, a former airhostess with Kanda’s MDLR airlines, had committed suicide on 5 August, 2012 and in her suicide note had alleged harassment by the minister.

In an interview with Firstpost after her daughter’s suicide, Anuradha had described how Kanda had harassed her daughter.

The family of the former airhostess has alleged pressure by the former Haryana minister, who has since been arrested in connection with Geetika’s suicide and is still in judicial custody.
