“It was just a preventive action,” the official said, denying that they were detained. They were later let off.

The protest for justice for a 23-year-old woman who was brutally gang-raped by six men in a moving bus Dec 16 night in south Delhi was continuing for the fourth day at Jantar Mantar.

All the six men have been arrested while the victim battles for her life at Safdarjung Hospital.
