New York: Actor Tom Cruise’s daughter Suri is learning Mandarin at her new school here.
“Suri is going to be learning Mandarin. She is in the programme for the Lower School which focuses on Chinese, and this is a great foundation for her,” a source told radaronline.com.

The six-year-old recently started attending the private school, Avenues, which has a rooftop playground, along with a fitness suite that includes a full-size gymnasium, basketball and volleyball courts.
Avenues opened here this autumn and is part of a series of world schools. Further branches of the school are planned in China, India, Africa and Europe, along with other US cities.
Katie Holmes and Suri made a fresh start in the city following the actress’s divorce from Cruise, and the school is a few blocks from their apartment in Chelsea.
