New Delhi, Feb 9 (IANS) Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru has been hanged, India’s state run broadcaster Doordarshan said Saturday.
It quoted Home Secretary R.K. Singh as confirming the execution of the man who had been sentenced to death for his central role in the Dec 13, 2001 attack on the Indian parliament that almost led to a war between India and Pakistan.
