Abuja, Dec 25 (IANS) Many people were feared dead Monday night in Nigeria after gunmen stormed a church, police said.
The attackers were suspected to be members of the Boko Haram militant sect.
A police officer confirmed the killing but could not tell the number of victims, Xinhua reported. The church was set ablaze after the shooting in Yobe state.
