According to the lawsuit filed in LA County Superior Court, the woman claims she was trying to get to her seat in the VIP area of an Iggy Pop concert.

The woman, who is a professor of medicine at UC Irvine, said that the bodyguard ripped her cell phone out of her hand.

If charges are eventually made, it would not be the first time the actor has been involved in legal woes. In 1994 he was charged with wrecking a hotel room in New York.
