Global Vectra directors Swati Rishi, Bhaskarudu resign

New Delhi: Two directors of Global Vectra Helicorp Ltd (GVHL), under the Vectra Group which is being probed by the CBI in connection with the sourcing of Tatra trucks to the Indian armed forces, have resigned.

In a filing to the BSE, the company said that RSSLN Bhaskarudu has resigned as director with effect from 1 May while the resignation of Swati Rishi was effective from 4 May.

GVHL is part of Ravi Rishi-led Vectra Group.

Ravi Rishi and the Vectra Group are under the CBI scanner in connection with the sourcing of Tatra trucks to the Indian armed forces.

GVHL is into aviation, heavy engineering and real estate, among others.
