by Jan 20, 2013

Jaipur, Jan 20 (IANS) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh Sunday said the Congress needs to convey its dreams for the future and strive to fulfill expectations of the youth.

He said the youth today were more informed and had more expectations from the Congress.

“Our duty is to understand their expectations,” the prime minister said at an All India Congress Committee meeting here.

He said the party should convey how it would fulfill those expectations through its programmes.

“We need to tell what our dreams for the future are and how we will implement them,” he said.

He said the Congress should also give correct information about the United Progressive Alliance government’s achievements of the past eight years.
