New Delhi: Telecom tower firm Bharti Infratel has appointed Sunil Khurana as Chief Operations Officer (COO) of the company.
Bharti Infratel said Khurana will be a member of the core executive council team of Bharti Infratel and report to the CEO Devender Singh Rawat.
Khurana will also oversee the circle operations and different aspects of customer service delivery
Khurana, an engineer in Electronics, joined Bharti Infratel from GE Group where he worked in various capacities.
“In his new role, he will provide strategic direction to the day-to-day operations of Bharti Infratel towards facilitating operational excellence and efficiency to meet customer requirements,” Bharti Infratel said in a statement.
He will also oversee the circle operations and different aspects of customer service delivery. “All circle business heads, head of operation & maintenance and head of deployment will report into Sunil,” the statement said.
