Virender Sehwag and Twitter — a better love story than Twilight. The new sensation on social media has gone up a few levels. However, one of his latest tweets, which actually was a congratulatory message to India's off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin, not only created buzz on Twitter but also got quirky reactions from both the wives of the cricketers.
Ashwin's stupendous bowling at Indore helped India whitewash New Zealand. With 27 wickets in the series, even a layman could have predicted that he would get the 'Man of the series' award (his seventh to be precise) yet again.
After the off-spinner's match-winning feat, Sehwag instantly took to Twitter to congratulate the former.

Shortly after the tweet, Ashwin thanked the former Indian batsman.
@virendersehwag lol..viru pa

However, what was more hilarious than Sehwag's tweet was the reply of Ashwin's wife followed by Sehwag's wife!

We all know how witty Sehwag is, thanks to his birthday wishes and one-liners. His wife's reply however clearly reveals that humour runs in the entire family.
While we are at it, another Sehwag tweet which made the rounds on social media was his congratulatory message to Mohammad Kaif after the latter recently completed 10,000 runs in First-Class cricket. Ranji Trophy debutants Chhattisgarh also opened their campaign with a win under Kaif's captaincy.

Sehwag, who's also the part of the Star Sports commentary team, regularly keeps coming up with hilarious one-liners. On the fourth day of the third Test between India and New Zealand, he went on a roll and rhymed with the Indian batsmen.
Philhal Pujara aaram se apnaa gujara kar rahe hai! @virendersehwag

He ended the rhyming with Rahane, "Rahane, hogaye hai bade shahane! "
