Salman Khan’s legal woes are far from over with a Mumbai court directing the police to file a fresh against the actor for criminal intimidation and robbery. [caption id=“attachment_2189625” align=“alignleft” width=“380”]  Courtesy: Salman Khan’s Facebook account[/caption] According to an The Indian Express report, a member of Brashtachaar Nirmoolan Samiti, Ravindra Moorat Dwivedi, filed a complaint against Khan alleging that the actor and his body guard assaulted him. In his complaint Dwivedi states that en route to Delhi last year, on 4 November, he was in the same flight with Khan. Dwivedi claims he was carrying important documents regarding the demise of BJP leader Gopinath Munde when Khan and his bodyguard assaulted him and snatched the documents from him. Police sources were quoted by Indian Express as saying that Dwivedi’s complaint also mentions that he had approached the airport police at the time of the incident. However, they allegedly refused to help. Reportedly after the court’s directive to the Mumbai police, they have filed an FIR against the actor. The FIR has been filed under several sections including 392 for robbery and 506 for criminal intimidation.( You can read the full report here). The actor was last spotted at a Mumbai court yesterday where he attended a hearing in the 2002 hit-and-run case in which he is the prime accused.
