Pop star Janet Jackson, 50, announces first pregnancy: 'We thank God for our blessing'
Pop star Janet Jackson has formally announced that she is expecting her first child with husband Wissam Al Mana.
Al Mana and Jackson tied the knot back in 2010. This is the first child for Jackson, 50.
People magazine carried an exclusive image of Jackson, with her baby bump. In the image, Jackson is seen sporting spectacles and an all-white stretchy suit ensemble, with her palm positioned on her belly.

Speculation that she was pregnant first began when Jackson announced in April she would be postponing her Unbreakable World Tour to focus on planning her family.
Jackson confirmed the pregnancy to People, saying, "We thank God for our blessing."
Unconfirmed reports had stated that Jackson would pick a baby name that would be a tribute to her late brother Michael Jackson.
Janet Jackson was previously married to René Elizondo Jr (1991–2000) and James DeBarge (1984–1985). This is the first marriage for Wissam Al Mana.
