Producer Boney Kapoor has long been planning a reboot of his super-successful film Mr India, which starred his wife Sreedevi, and his younger brother Anil Kapoor.
Now, news reports suggest that a sequel to the film may be in the offing — but this time, with Anil's son Harshvardan Kapoor playing the titular character.
Harsh, who made his Bollywood debut with Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's Mirzya, managed to make a positive impression, even though the film itself bombed at the box office.
Entertainment portal Spotboye reported that Anil Kapoor will also be part of the film — however, he will play Harsh's character's father, in a case of reel relationships mirroring real life.
At the moment, there is no confirmation that the sequel will indeed take shape. Bu the minute, there is, we'll have an update out for you. Watch this space!
