Mayanti Langer shuts down trolls for commenting on husband Stuart Binny's performance
If one is to go by what Twitterati has to say about Indian cricketer Stuart Binny performance at the T20, one would think that a sports person's capabilities depends on their spouse.
After Binny's poor performance at the T20 against West Indies, his wife Mayanti Langer, who is also a sports anchor, was subjected to mean trolls on social media.

Celebrities to be fined up to 50 lakhs if the product they endorse failed to deliver, Dhoni must pay 50 lakhs for endorsing Stuart Binny. — EngiNerd. (@mainbhiengineer) August 29, 2016

Not one to keep quiet, Langer responded back with a strongly-worded message on Twitter.

She ended it with a pertinent question to all trollers,"I hope bullying us made you feel better about yourselves, cause otherwise was it really worth it?" The cricketer has often been trolled earlier. Back in May as well, when mocking comments were posted on social media post his IPL matches, his wife came to his rescue and responded to the trolls with a picture of the two.
Earlier actress Anushka Sharma has also faced the brunt of bullying trolls for her alleged boyfriend cricketer Virat Kohli's performance. Just like Langer, Kohli also shut up the bullies with a fitting post on Instagram.
Shame on those people who have been having a go at anushka for the longest time and connecting every negative thing to her. Shame on those people calling themselves educated. Shame on blaming and making fun of her when she has no control over what i do with my sport. If anything she has only motivated and given me more positivity. This was long time coming. Shame on these people that hide and take a dig. And i dont need any respect for this post. Have some compassion and respect her. Think of how your sister or girlfriend or wife would feel if someone trolled them and very conveniently rubbished them in public. #nocompassion#nocommonsense
