Harvey Weinstein sexual harassment row: British actress Lysette Anthony alleges rape

London: British actress Lysette Anthony has claimed Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein raped her. [caption id=“attachment_4127671” align=“alignleft” width=“380”]  Harvey Weinstein. Anthony, who stars in the British soap opera Hollyoaks, said the rape took place in her London home in the 1980s. She described the attack as “pathetic and revolting” and said it left her feeling “disgusted and embarrassed”.  Weinstein has denied previous accusations of criminal sexual harassment, rape and sexual assault. A former Miramax employee has claimed Weinstein, the former boss of Miramax, raped her in the basement of his London office 25 years ago. The unnamed British woman explained why she did not report the assault. “I just felt mortified and ashamed — and that no one would believe me.
