What's more fun than passing off stalking celebrities on social media as work?
Very little, right?
And so, we scanned the Instagram and Twitter accounts of celebs from India and abroad, to bring to you weekly updates from the interwebz. Who tweeted to whom? Who re-posted last night's party pics? Who went on a rant about what. Whatever it is, don't worry, we've got you covered.
We stalk, you read. Deal?
This week's guide is about celebrating little joys of life. Be it the fan who stands six hours in the sun to catch a glimpse of Shah Rukh Khan on Eid or Vin Diesel and Gal Gadot's bonding time with kids, this guide will make you feel grateful for the little things you have.
Also on this week's guide, is Bollywood's Eid frenzy, with star studded iftars everywhere.
AbRam joins Shah Rukh Khan in his customary Eid wishes
Thousands of people gather outside Mannat — Khan's Bandra house, to get a glimpse of the actor on Eid. The ones who are determined and lucky, get to see Khan on the balcony of his house, as he gratefully greets his fans with a formal adab. This is year, too, Khan stepped out and wished everyone who was waiting outside his house to catch a glimpse of the star. What was different about the customary wishes was little AbRam making an appearance and waving to the crowd with his father.
Vin Diesel and Gal Gadot's playdate with kids
The on-screen superheroes took time off and went on a playdate with their daughters. The two have previously worked together in the super-hit Fast and Furious franchise. Both the kids looked adorable, secured comfortably in a protective embrace. The on-screen Superwoman is feeding her new-born while Diesel's daughter is blissfully snoozing in her father's lap.
Vin Diesel's got 'a hold on his daughter'
The Fast and the Furious star Vin Diesel might be a toughie on screen but he is as doting a father in real-life. Before he planned the playdate with Gal Gadot, Diesel uploaded a video of him singing to his daughter, while the little one comfortably rested on her father's lap. The actor sang the Beatles' classic 'You've Really Got A Hold On Me', to his daughter, who loves her dad's version of the song.
Malaika and Amrita Arora pose with Arbaaz Khan
Malaika Arora, Amrita Arora and Arbaaz Khan celebrated Eid together and put out an Eid selfie, marking the day. The three were dressed in traditional attire for Salman Khan's Eid party. The party was a star studded event with a bevy of celebrities getting together to celebrate the festival. Amrita shared a few photos of the party with her followers on Instagram.
Karan Johar's takes a little walk down the memory lane
Karan Johar does not miss any opportunity to express how much he loves and misses his father Yash Johar. The filmmaker recently posted a throwback photo with her father on Instagram. Karan also added how his father's teachings have stayed with him and will continue to guide him forever. Karan has named his son Yash, after his father and daughter Roohi, which is a re-arrangement of Hiroo, his mother's name.
