Chester Bennington's wife launches mental health awareness campaign to commemorate late husband's birthday
Los Angeles: Talinda Bennington, wife of late Chester Bennington, on Thursday launched a mental health awareness campaign on the Linkin Park frontman's birthday.
The initiative, called 320 Changes Direction, aims to support people with mental health issues while also working towards transforming the culture and stigma around it.
Taking to Twitter on rocker's 42nd birthday, Talinda asked his fans to post photos of themselves holding their hands up with 'I Am The Change' written on them.

The 'I Am The Change' hands symbolises the five signs of emotional well-being which are — take care, check in, engage, relax and know.
Bennington, 41, was found dead at his California home on 20 July, 2017. His death was later ruled as suicide by a coroner.
