If you've been waiting for news on the next Avengers film, then it's here!
Marvel Studios released an extended teaser for Avengers: Infinity War — but didn't offer a glimpse of the movie itself. Instead, what we see is behind-the-scenes vignettes from the film's shoot, which kicked off in January this year.
Kevin Feige, the head of Marvel explains what we'll see in Infinity War: the Avengers meeting the Guardians of the Galaxy. And also how everything at Marvel since Iron Man's 2008 cinematic outing, everything the studio's made so far has been leading up to this.
Lead actors Chris Pratt, Tom Holland and Robert Downey Jr are seen on the sets, and they talk about reprising their roles in this latest film. Holland as Spider-Man, especially, is interesting, because his introduction in Avengers: Civil War whetted fans' interest in this latest avatar of the web-slinging superhero.
Directors Anthony and Joe Russo (in addition to Feige) talk about how Infinity War will see the Avengers up against an enemy more powerful than any they've faced so far — and it's a threat they'll be completely unprepared for. The events of Civil War, which ripped the team apart into two opposing factions was the first step in setting up this grand battle.
While Avengers: Infinity War is a long way from release (May 2018 is when it's scheduled to be in theatres), you can watch the team talk about the film here —
