Aamir Khan begins shoot for next before Dangal release; he plays a music teacher in the film
For over a decade now Aamir Khan has followed a self-made rule of working only on one film at a time. However, the actor seems to have gone away from the norm to begin the shoot for his next even before the release of his 2016 film Dangal.
Khan, who is making a cameo in the film Secret Superstar, began the shoot on Tuesday and plans to complete his part within eight to ten days. The film marks the directorial debut of Khan's former manager Advait Chandan.
A report in The Times of India suggests that the actor will be playing the role of a music mentor in the film, that is based on the life of an aspiring child singer.
DNA reports, “Aamir has a small, but pivotal role in the film. He started shooting for the film on Tuesday. For the last few weeks, Aamir and Dangal director Nitesh Tiwari have been working on the music of the film at the former’s home in Panchgani... Once he completes the shoot, Aamir will go back to the music sittings for Dangal.”
Produced by Aamir Khan, the film is set for a 2017 release.
