Djokovic will come from behind to take the French Open title

It's destiny. That's why. Nadal won the first two sets easily. Then the rain gods intervened. Djokovic had a reprieve, he found his touch and his focus and lost his temper. His defence was so good that Nadal couldn't hit any winners at all. It's never easy to win against the Spaniard in five sets -- he just wears you down -- so once again the rest will work in  favour of the Serbian. Come Monday, the French Open will have a new champion and history shall be made.  read less read more

Leading two sets to one, Nadal is likely to come hard at Djokovic once play begins today. The Spaniard, who was left rattled by Djokovic's power-hitting in the third set, is down a break in the fourth but given all the experience he's had of winning on this surface, which he calls his favourite, Nadal will come through this one safely too. A day's break would've done him good for Djokovic was beginning to look threatening yesterday. The Serb will need time, like yesterday, to get his rhythm going. Rafa though is a natural on clay and could wrap it up in no time. read less read more
