There were changes made to the Finance Ministry as a key ministry official moved out.
Sources said that Additional Secretary Bimal Julka was moved to the External Affairs Ministry.

Additional Secretary Shaktikanta Das has been asked to handle Julka’s portfolio.
CNBC-TV18reported that Julka used to handle Cap Market, bilateral relations and currency related issues.
Also the joint secretary of Capital Markets was cut off from the SEBI Board. the No Longer On SEBI Board
Sources told CNBC TV-18 that Department of External Affairs secretary Arvind Mayaram will now sit for SEBI Board meetings.
