The Delhi High Court has passed an order that enforces an earlier order by the University Grants Commission on IIPM’s advertising.
The High Court order essentially prevents IIPM from releasing any advertising in any medium without the approval of the court to prevent students from being misled by what the UCG called ‘dubious advertisements’ to ‘attract students deceptively’.
