Cairn India said it has appointed Sudhir Mathur as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Mathur “joins Cairn India in early September, 2012 from Aircel Cellular Ltd, where he was the CFO and responsible for strategy, finance, supply chain management and regulatory affairs,” the company said in a statement here.
Prior to Aircel Cellular, Mathur, who was handpicked by Cairn’s outgoing Managing Director and CEO Rahul Dhir, has held senior positions in Delhi International Airport Ltd, Idea Cellular, Ballarpur Industries and PriceWaterhouseCoopers India.
