New Delhi: Zarine Khan says she has been approached to be a part of author-turned-director Daniel Silva’s “Chimera” but is still considering the offer.
“I have been offered the film but I am thinking about it,” Zarine, who was here to launch popular cosmetic brand Lotus Herbals‘ new range of natural makeup “Pure Stay”, told IANS.

“It is a thriller called ‘Chimera’ opposite Billy Zane. I have read the script but I am still thinking about it,” she added.
“Chimera” is said to be based on Silva’s bestselling novel “The Fallen Angel”. Rumours were earlier abuzz that Zarine has been offered the film, but the actress was tightlipped.
Ever since Zarine made her Bollywood debut with the 2010 film “Veer”, she has chosen a slow and steady path to carve a niche for herself in the industry.
The 28-year-old, last seen in Sajid Khan’s “Housefull 2″, says she believes in quality of work rather than quantity.
“I really don’t want to be in the race of newcomers who are just running after projects. It’s not that I haven’t been offered films. I have been offered a lot of films after ‘Housefull 2′ but I want to take my time and do quality work rather than quantity,” she said.
