Arijit Singh and Salman Khan are back in the news after the Sultan controversy (Singh's version of a song was dropped from the final soundtrack, inexplicably — a tiff with Khan was believed to be the case. Singh then took to his Facebook page to issue a long apology for any offence he may have given, unintentionally) got a new twist. A report claimed Arijit Singh has said that he will not apologise to the star any further and does not wish for any reconciliation.
A report in BollywoodLife.com even suggests that Singh will not be singing for Khan any more.
However, an India Today report claims that this news is untrue as Singh told them, "This is absolutely untrue. Who said so? I will be singing a scratch for him again. Very soon."
In a recent interview, Arijit Singh revealed details of what actually happened and said that Khan might have been upset about a few comments made by the singer at an award function. Singh had also said that he is hopeful that the actor will "forgive" him someday.
In May, the singer shared a letter on Facebook explaining himself and requesting Khan to retain his version of the song 'Jag Ghumeya' in his film Sultan. Obviously the pleas fell on deaf ears as it was Rahat Fateh Ali Khan's version that made it to the film finally.
The post was soon deleted and replaced with another that explained the fears playing on Arijit Singh's mind. After all the film industry's denizens know what it is to mess with Salman Khan.
