Films on TV:

Batman Begins

If you haven't seen the first installment in Chris Nolan's Dark Knight trilogy, you better do it now.

With a new Justice League film out in 2017, and the series Gotham taking off on Netflix, it's time to be in tune with the masked vigilante's adventures. Christian Bale place billionaire Bruce Wayne with so much conviction that we hate Ben Affleck's guts for trying to take over.

This film follows Batman's quest stop Ra's al Ghul's (played by Liam Neeson) plans to destroy Gotham city. Neeson plays the role of a threatening villain convincingly without scars, green hair or tattoos on his forehead.

Watch it on HBO at 9pm on Friday, 16 September 2016.

Karate Kid

Jaden Smith and Jackie Chan's modern take on the 80s classic is a must watch, not only because it stars kung-fu master Chan but also because Jaden Smith is simply adorable in the role as a fish out of the water pre-teen trying to master karate.

Watch it with kids, or watch it alone; this is one of those rare kids films that adults will also fall in love with.

Watch it on Movies Now HD at 11:15am Sunday, 18 September 2016.

TV shows:

The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon

The comedian and talk show host extraordinaire will host Donald Trump, Norm Macdonald and Kiiara today. The highlight of the show is when Fallon actually ruffles and messes up Trump's hair.

Watch it on Comedy Central India at 11pm on Friday, 16 September 2016.

American Crime Story

Here's your quota for thrillers for a week. Nicole Brown Simpson and her pal Ronald Goldman, a waiter, are killed at her home in Brentwood, LA. The cops nab OJ Simpson, a retired US footballer and ex-husband of Nicole. His murder trial begins.

This famed case is replayed with great actors and a script that tries hard not to take sides for the series.

Watch the marathon for American Crime Story 12pm onward on Star World Premiere HD on Saturday, 17 September 2016.

Web Series:

Better Life Foundation

What do you get when you try to Indianize The Office? Watch the extremely witty and entertaining web series starring Naveen Richard, Kanan Gill, Sumukhi Suresh, Utsav Chakraborty,Sindhu Sreenivasa and Kumar Varun.
