Other than Akshay Kumar, what do Twinkle and Shilpa Shetty have in common?

Akshay Kumar and his pregnant wife Twinkle Khanna went out to see MIB 3 with their nine-year-old son Aarav at the PVR multiplex in Juhu, Mumbai on Wednesday evening. The actor took out some time to spend with his family in the midst of hectic promotions for his next release, Rowdy Rathore that releases on 1 June. Twinkle looked beautiful as always, even more so with a pregnant glow as she exited the theatre with Akshay and Aarav.

Interestingly, Twinkle was carrying the exact same handbag, a Goyard in canary yellow that Shilpa Shetty, dressed in a Bungalow 8 outfit, was posing with for pictures outside the hospital the day she and her husband Raj Kundra took their baby boy home on 25 May.

It is a well documented and oft repeated fact that Shilpa had dated Akshay right before he married Twinkle. It looks like even though the ladies have moved on in their lives with marriage and kids, their styles seem to be similar.

Twinkle is known for her eclectic fashion sense which is devoid of the whole Prada and Fendi clutter that’s popular among the rest of Bollywood’s glamazons, but it looks like Shilpa is all set to stake her claim on the fashion radar in Bollywood. It will be interesting to see whether Shilpa or Twinkle is sighted with the yellow Goyard bag ever again!
