Los Angeles: Troubled star Lindsay Lohan is reportedly planning to sue hit and run victim Jose Rodriguez, who accused her of being drunk when she hit him.
Rodriguez claimed that Lohan, 26, struck him while she was driving a Porsche in New York. The man said Lindsay was slurring and “smelled like alcohol real bad” at the time of the incident, reported TMZ online.

The “Liz & Dick” actress, who last week reportedly hit a 34-year-old chef outside a Manhattanh hotel, isn’t happy that the victim is claiming that she was drunk at the time.
Police and others also say Lohan had not been drinking and alcohol was not a factor in the alleged incident. The “Mean Girls” star believes she could lose work if people think “she is off the wagon” and so she is planning on suing Rodriguez for defamation.
“I am tired of people lying just to score a quick paycheck,” Lohan said.
