Ekta Kapoor and her parents, Jeetendra and Shobha Kapoor hosted their annual Diwali taash party and it was  attended by an eclectic mix of television and Bollywood stars.

But the star of the party was undoubtedly Sakshi Tanwar, who plays Priya in Ekta’s hit show on Sony, Bade Acche Lagte Hain. Every man present at the bash left his hand of cards at the table and requested her for pictures unabashedly!

Sakshi was taken by surprise as she smiled and posed with the gentlemen.

From Parvati in Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki to making a stunning comeback as Priya in Bade Acche Lagte Hain, Sakshi is coming to terms with the increasing popularity of her character.

She just shot for a Kaun Banega Crorepati episode with Amitabh Bachchan and he could’nt stop praising her work on the show too.

Ekta, wearing a red and cream sari, flitted about looking after her guests and only sat down for a game of cards at about 3am and the party went on till about 7am.

Randhir Kapoor’s given up alcohol and was nursing a soda, whilst brother Rishi Kapoor gambled the night away with Rakesh Roshan, Jeetendra and Prem Chopra.

Kangna Ranaut, Sony head Sneha Rajani, Sonu Nigam and wife Madhurima and Anita Hasnandani amongst many other famous faces from the glamour world indulged in some card games.

Tusshar was complemented for his look in the trailers of his next release, The Dirty Picture which also stars Vidya Balan, Emraan Hashmi and Naseeruddin Shah.

Shobha and Jeetendra leave tonight for a 9-day break on the French Riveira and it is the first holiday the couple is taking after twelve long years!
