The Bachchans' hosted a Diwali party last night at their home in Juhu, Jalsa. From Sanjay Dutt to Ritesh Deshmukh and Zayed Khan--the party was attended by Bollywood's glamourous denizens.
A radiant Aishwarya, wearing a pink ensemble, greeted guests along with husband Abhishek. She looked absolutely stunning and is expected to give birth roughly around the first week of November.
Abhishek too, looked pleased to be home around the auspicious festival from a long and arduous filming schedule in Jaipur for his film, Bol Bachchan, directed by Rohit Shetty.
He had suffered a hair line fracture on a finger on his left hand when he tried to prevent a cricket ball from hitting his face during a crew cricket match. His finger is still in a splint and a bandage, but that has not put a dampener on the festive spirit at Jalsa.
Bachchan senior too, is home from his schedule in Sydney, Australia for The Great Gatsby, being directed by Baz Luhrmann and co-starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Tobey Maguire, but a fake Twitter handle claiming to be him that has been ambushing Shah Rukh Khan's Ra.One, has invoked his wrath. Bachchan tweeted this morning -
"ATTENTION!!! Someone using my fake ID and writing rubbish ..My ID is @SrBachchan .. fake ID being disgustingly used is @ SrBachhann. Fake ID of mine being used to write opinions on Ra.One .. I have not even seen the film and shall always wish the best for Shah Rukh. Of late a great amount of negative, malicious, completely untrue remarks being written against me .. I shall bear with silence .. but BEWARE THE FURY OF A SILENT MAN ... !!!!
There's a limit to what can be said, a limit to what I can tolerate .. much is in my control .. think well before you malign me!!"
