New Delhi: Actress Deepika Padukone is on a high after her father, former badminton champion Prakash Padukone gifted one of his priced trophies to her as a token of appreciation for her success.
Prakash was getting rave reviews of her daughter Deepika’s work and he himself liked her in “Cocktail”. To encourage her, Prakash presented his daughter with one of his own trophies.

“Deepika is over the moon. Her father gifting her his trophy was totally unexpected and means so much to her. She is unable to express her feelings,” a source said.
Meanwhile, Deepika will next be seen in “Race 2″ opposite Saif Ali Khan and Ranbir Kapoor in “Ye Jawani Hai Deewani”. She is also busy shooting for Rohit Shetty’s “Chennai Express” with Shah Rukh Khan.
