If Akshay Kumar is shooting and not running across roof tops and jumping over buildings, it is a dull day on set. The actor was up to his usual high jinks in Kandivali, Mumbai yesterday, filming for Rowdy Rathore.
Wearing bright fuschia pants, he looked more like Govinda than himself as he went about shooting the action sequence. He carried off the colour effortlessly and looked like the ruffian he plays in the film.

In between shots, he was on his cell phone constantly, possibly checking up on his wife, Twinkle Khanna who is expecting their second child, after son Aarav.
Prabhu Deva, more famous for his fluid dance moves, is directing Rowdy Rathore. The film is jointly produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and UTV. Sonakshi Sinha plays Akshay’s love interest in the film and it is scheduled to release in June this year. Housefull 2 will be Akshay’s first release this year on 5th April, followed by Rowdy Rathore and Joker subsequently.
